Who we are
We started as an IT company, which still shapes how we work: an access control system is a network system, and we design, cable and secure it like one. Our senior technicians hold BASA/FASA certifications; we're BICSI Certified with an RCDD on staff; and we're members of NFPA, ESA and ASIS, CAI Certified, and part of ABC, AFA and the Better Business Bureau.
What we won't do
In 2019 we removed every non-NDAA-compliant product from our line, before most of the industry had to. We don't sell marginal technology, because we're the ones supporting it afterward. We carry open, current platforms — CDVI, Brivo, ICT, LenelS2, HID, PDK, Assa Abloy — so your system is upgradeable instead of disposable.

Uptime. Our service plans are built on proactive monitoring, system-level troubleshooting, device-specific preventive maintenance, ongoing support, root-cause repair and rapid device replacement.
