Gate, lobby, amenity and unit access that survives turnover — designed for the capex window you actually have, and supported after lease-up.
Apartment communities buy access control at two moments: when the property is built and when it's renovated. In between, operating budgets are tight and most of the margin goes to investors. We design for those windows. That means a proposal an asset manager can put in a capex plan, a system that doesn't need a lump sum every time a controller ages out, and turnover handled by the leasing office in minutes instead of by a locksmith. We've been installing in Central Florida apartment communities since 2007, and we support what we install.
Cloud access for the leasing office. Brivo or PDK platforms the office manages from a browser: issue a credential at move-in, revoke it at move-out, set vendor access with an expiration date. LenelS2 or ICT where the owner standardizes on an enterprise platform across properties.
Gates and parking. Resident and guest lanes, telephone entry, mobile credentials, license-plate recognition for garages and high-traffic entries.
Amenity and common-area doors. Pool, fitness, clubroom, package room, mail room, bike storage — scheduled and logged. CDVI readers and keypads, HID credentials, Assa Abloy and HES locking hardware.
Unit-door and smart-lock integration. Where the owner wants it, unit entry on the same credential as the gate and amenities, with turnover handled from the office.
Video on the same record. Eagle Eye Networks or Axis cameras paired with access events at entries and amenities.
New-build and renovation packages. Rough-in and cabling during construction, device install at turnover, and a phased option when the full scope doesn't fit one budget cycle.
Standardize access control across a portfolio and every property reports the same way, trains the same way, and calls the same number. We'll build a per-property budget and a portfolio rollout schedule, and we'll present it to your ownership group. Renovating or acquiring? Bring us in before the capital plan is final — it's cheaper to design it in than to add it later.
