Hospitality runs 24/7 — so does the support

A resort or hotel never closes, guests change daily, and brand standards decide what the front of house can look like. Access control there has to be invisible to guests, airtight for staff and vendors, and fixable at 2 a.m. We've served Lake Buena Vista-area hotels and Central Florida resorts and time-shares for years, we understand brand-standard and ownership-group approvals, and we design systems a security director can manage across a whole property from one screen.

What security directors and GMs tell us

  • Staff and vendor doors are the weak point. Shared codes, propped doors, contractors with credentials that never expire.
  • Guest areas need control without friction. Pool decks, fitness, club lounges, owner lounges at time-shares — open to the right people, logged for everyone.
  • Multiple stakeholders. Brand, ownership, management company, and at a time-share an owners' association — each with a say.
  • Incidents with no record. A claim at the loading dock and no way to show who badged in.
  • Renovation cycles. Property improvement plans come with deadlines and a GC — the access system has to land on schedule.

What we install for hospitality properties

Enterprise or cloud platforms. LenelS2 and ICT for large properties and ownership-group standards; Brivo or PDK for cloud-managed sites and smaller footprints. We work with your IT and brand security requirements.

Staff, vendor and back-of-house access. Employee credentials by role and shift, contractor credentials with expiration dates, loading dock and storeroom doors with full audit trails. HID credentials, CDVI readers, Assa Abloy and HES locking hardware.

Guest and owner amenities. Pool gates, fitness, lounges, owner areas, parking — scheduled and logged, no friction for the right people.

Gates, parking and guest arrival. Vehicle gates and garages with license-plate recognition, transponder or mobile credentials for owners and long-stay guests.

Video integrated with access. Eagle Eye Networks or Axis cameras on the same event record for incident review and claims.

PIP and renovation coordination. We act as the low-voltage point of contact for the GC and the owner, from rough-in to turnover.

How we work on a hospitality property

  1. Free assessment with the security lead. Staff entries, guest amenities, dock, storerooms, parking — and the incidents you've had.
  2. Proposal for every stakeholder. One document that brand, ownership and management can each approve; brand-standard and IT requirements addressed in writing.
  3. Install around operations. Overnight and off-peak cutovers; no door left unsecured; guest areas untouched during peak.
  4. Training by role. Security, front office, engineering and HR each learn what they need.
  5. 24/7 support. A real person at 2 a.m., rapid repairs, and preventive maintenance on a schedule.

Time-shares and vacation-rental communities

Owners' associations, management companies and rental operators share one property with different needs. We've worked inside that structure: owner credentials, guest credentials with check-out expiration, and management reporting that satisfies the association. If a management company runs the community, we'll work through them.

Where we do this work

Based in Longwood, FL — every community and property we serve is within about an hour's drive of our office, from Daytona Beach to the Space Coast to Lakeland.
