Sound familiar?

  • Keys and fobs you can't account for. Former residents, former staff, former vendors — and nobody knows how many copies are out there.
  • A gate or door controller nobody will service. The installer is gone, the software is out of support, and every outage is a scramble.
  • Three systems that don't talk. One vendor for the gate, another for the doors, a spreadsheet for the pool. Every change happens three times.
  • No record when something goes wrong. An incident at the amenity center and no way to show who was there.

We fix these every week across Orange, Seminole, Osceola and the surrounding counties.

One platform for every door and gate

Platforms we install and support

Brivo and PDK for cloud-managed doors and gates run from a browser or phone; LenelS2 and ICT where a property wants an enterprise-grade or on-site system; CDVI for compact, cost-effective door and gate control. We're an authorized Brivo dealer, and we pick the platform for the property, not the other way around.

Credentials that fit your people

HID cards and fobs, mobile credentials on a phone, PIN keypads, and biometric readers where the risk justifies it.

Doors, gates and amenity areas on one credential

Vehicle gates, pedestrian gates, clubhouse, pool, gym, mail room, package room — one database, one audit trail.

Video and visitor management that plug in

Pair access events with Eagle Eye Networks or Axis cameras, and add intercom or visitor-management entry so the front gate stops being a phone tree.

Hardware that lasts in Florida

Assa Abloy and HES locking hardware, Altronix power with surge protection on every controller, Pedestal PRO mounts at the gate, and installs that hold up to heat, humidity and hurricane season.

IT-grade network behind it

We started as an IT company. Your access system is a network system, and we design, cable and secure it like one — BICSI certified, RCDD on staff.

From first call to first badge

1

Free security assessment.

We walk the property with you, count the doors and gates that matter, and listen to what's gone wrong before.

2

Design and proposal.

A system designed for your property — not a package off a shelf — with a proposal a board or ownership group can read without a translator.

3

Clean installation.

Licensed technicians, scheduled around residents and guests, with no exposed wiring and no surprises on the invoice.

4

Training.

Your manager, your board, your front desk — whoever runs it day to day leaves knowing how.

5

Support, 24/7.

Rapid repairs, software updates, and a real person when you call. This is the part most installers skip. We don't.

The licensed team behind the system

Insyte Security has installed and serviced commercial security systems across Central Florida since 2007, under Florida License # EF20000717. We're members of NFPA, ESA and ASIS, CAI Certified, and part of ABC, AFA and the Better Business Bureau. In 2019 we removed every non-NDAA-compliant product from our line — before most of the industry had to. Our senior technicians hold BASA/FASA certifications, and we're BICSI Certified with an RCDD on staff. We're based in Longwood and we answer our own phones.

Based in Longwood, FL — every community and property we serve is within about an hour's drive of our office, from Daytona Beach to the Space Coast to Lakeland.

Questions we hear on almost every site walk

How much does a commercial access control system cost in Central Florida?

It depends on the number of doors and gates, the credential type, and whether you're adding to an existing system or replacing it. We don't quote from a price list — we quote from a site walk. The assessment is free, and the proposal shows every line.

Can one system run our vehicle gate, pedestrian gates and clubhouse?

Yes. That's the most common HOA and multifamily design we build: one database, one credential per resident, one audit trail, with gate and door hardware chosen for each opening.

Do we have to replace what we have?

Often not. Many LenelS2, Brivo, HID and CDVI installations can be upgraded in place — new controllers or readers, existing wiring and doors. We tell you which during the assessment.

Cloud or on-site server?

Both are available. Cloud (Brivo, PDK, LenelS2 cloud options) means no server to maintain and management from a phone. On-site is still right for some commercial and hospitality sites. We'll recommend based on your IT setup and policies.

What happens when a reader fails at 9 PM on a Saturday?

You call (407) 598-0670. Support is 24/7, and rapid repair is the core of what we sell.

Is your equipment NDAA-compliant?

Yes. We removed all non-compliant products from our offerings in 2019.
