Lake Nona is new construction: master-planned residential communities in Laureate Park, Randal Park, Storey Park and NorthLake Park, medical and research buildings in Medical City, and offices and retail at Town Center. That changes the work. Instead of replacing a twenty-year-old gate, we're designing access control into a building or community that's still on paper, coordinating with the GC, and landing the system on the construction schedule.

Residential communities here expect mobile credentials, visitor pre-registration and amenity schedules from day one. Medical City buildings need audit trails that satisfy compliance reviewers and access that follows roles and shifts. We do both, and we install the structured cabling behind it — BICSI certified, RCDD on staff — so the network is designed, not improvised.
