The challenge
An aerospace manufacturer on the Space Coast with a corporate office in Alabama that needed its Titusville facility's security and infrastructure accessible, documented and supported locally.
What we did
We installed access control, video intercom, video surveillance with display monitors for the camera feeds, fiber optic and low-voltage data cabling, and Wi-Fi access points, and relocated the IT MDF closet. Power protection and software updates are included under a comprehensive service level agreement covering every system listed.
The result
The systems are accessible to staff on site and at the corporate office in Alabama. The team has one company to call to handle problems, fix issues and consult on future plans, with proper documentation for every system and a layout showing where and how it was installed. The infrastructure is solid, minimizing downtime and weather-related outages, and we work with their team on new solutions as leadership requests them.
