Access control, intrusion detection, panic buttons, video and intercoms across two Canteen facilities, kept secure and operational under one service agreement.
Two food-service distribution facilities in Central Florida that needed credentialed access, alarm and panic coverage, cameras and a warehouse doorbell — and one place to turn when any of it needs attention.
At the Orlando facility we installed a ten-door access control system, later extended to an eleventh door, along with intrusion detection, a panic button system, video surveillance with live-feed monitors, intercoms, a warehouse doorbell and a management PC for the systems, on fiber optic and low-voltage data cabling with power protection. At the Miller location we added credentialed front-door entry and a doorbell using the fobs staff already carry. Both sites sit under a comprehensive service level agreement.
The regional manager for Florida set up the Canteen locations with one service agreement, so each facility has a place to turn if a system goes down, to test the panic buttons, adjust a camera or upgrade software. Because we installed the systems and shared the documentation and layout, future consultations happen remotely and efficiently. The facilities run smoother with a technology partner.
