Layered campus access control at multiple Central Florida schools — outer gates, perimeter doors and interior doors on one central database.
Charter school campuses across Central Florida that needed access controlled in layers — from the perimeter fence and gate, to the building exterior, to sensitive interior spaces.
We installed a campus-wide access control solution with multiple layers: an outer gate system with access points, controlled building-perimeter exterior doors, and interior door control, all on a central database with electrified crash bars and handles. Visitors are logged, monitors let staff view visitors, and first-responder access is included.
Each school controls its perimeter fencing and gate system, its exterior doors and its sensitive internal areas — a multi-layer controlled environment for the safety of the students. Administrators centrally manage schedules, users and credentials, and can match access logs to video surveillance for record keeping and verification.
