The challenge
An RV storage facility with a single gate that needed to let paying owners in on their own, let management cut off anyone who hasn't paid or has left, and manage it all from one place.
What we did
We installed gate access control with a keypad and prox reader, new gate motors and gate safeties, and video surveillance for verification at the gate. The access system is interoperable with the facility's storage database, so owner records and gate credentials stay in sync.
The result
Iron Gate has a reliable technology partner keeping its single gate monitored, accessible and operational. Each owner manages their own access, while facility management can see their information and codes and deny access if a customer hasn't paid or has left the business — one place to manage all of it for both owners and Iron Gate management.
